It is no more news that for 32 days during the Yuletide, the attention of the world will focus on Calabar, as she plays host to Africa's biggest street party and carnival, and visitors from across the glode will throng the city of Calabar, one of them is Cupid, who over the months, has constantly kept his eyes on Calabar.
CUPID, alias Mista Lovah, real name Fuad Ado-Ibrahim, born 3rd October 1990 and hails from Okene , Kogi state, Nigeria, is a singer and songwriter. Grandson of the Ohinoyi of Ibiraland , HRH Ado Ibrahim. He is a student of the University of Lagos, studying cell biology and genetics. He has been doing music professionally since 2007 and his music overall preaches Love.
Producers refer to him as the future of pop/r&b music, on 'Always on my mind', Cupid spits his emotions for a damsel that got him thinking about her like forever, he laced the sing along tune on a mid-tempo beat by DJ Coublon. By dedicating his trending single, Cupid, the budding talented singer, decides to send a message to the beautiful ladies and organizers of the annual Calabar Festival, saying he hopes to have a feel of them, and telling them that they are 'Always on his mind'.
