The main bowl of the Cultural Center was filled to overflowing for Youth Swagger, an annual concert organized by Her Excellency Barr. Obioma Liyel Imoke to tutor and mentor Cross River Youths.

The event is in its third edition, and it brought together thousands of youths in the state to savor undiluted gospel music from the likes of Buchi, Joe Praise and Frank Edwards, alongside other wonderful home grown talents courtesy Grace Consulate- The Church in charge.

In a bid to inspire and motivate the youth, the Governor of Cross River State; Senator Liyel Imoke, who was referred to as 'Timaya', seized the opportunity to share the 'true story' of his life and what growing up looked like for him.
