Broadcaster and Calabar's most revered Master of Ceremony- Effiong Ekpenyong on Tuesday, August 27th, 2013 bagged an Associate membership certification with the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations.
Double E is Effiong Ekpenyong's alter ego, he is a graduate of Mass Communication from the Cross River University of Technology, Double E has been practicing communication and public relations for over a decade, asides being a broadcaster with CRBC, he is also the official MC of the state, and Africa's biggest street party- Calabar Festival.
The ANIPR certification is another feather in his cap, a pat on his back and a motivation to do more.
