Nigerian born Texas based pop act Kemical, now rebranded as K’mical is set to tour Nigeria in December.
He disclosed this in an exclusive phone chat, confirming authoritatively that he has booked a flight to Lagos, to return to his home after years of study at a university in the United States of America.

A talented singer, songwriter and performer who hail from Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria, Ekemini Akpanumun a.k.a. K’mical kicked off his music career at age 15 when he started recording a few songs with fellow upcoming artists and producers. He later took a break from the music scene to focus on his 2-year study at the Cross River University of Technology, and thereafter relocated to the United States.

The lad now holds a degree in Public Health from the University of North Texas in Denton, Texas, but still nurses a burning desire to pursue his musical career. Early 2013 before final year exams, he performed at top notch shows in the U.S.A alongside the likes of Flavor, Iyanya and Ice Prince. On his birthday (June 1), he released a new single ‘Hold My Baby’ and was hosted by the music and entertainment community in Texas for a five-star birthday bash.

On arrival in Nigeria, he will tour radio stations and clubs in Calabar and other cities; he also hopes to collaborate with other budding and talented artistes and producers.
